Services change rapidly to protect seniors from COVID-19

The COVID-19 crisis has changed everything for us, but we are adjusting quickly. Staff are remotely checking on homebound seniors; making sure our young people have the resources (laptops, WiFi connection) to participate in online learning; offering online and phone-based services including housing interventions, case management, citizenship and immigration assistance.

On Sunday, March 22, we were honored to have these services highlighted in a report on PBS NewsHour (forward to 4:00 to see our services in action):

The situation is changing every day, and we are trying to anticipate needs – not just for the current moment but for the weeks ahead.

We know so many of you are struggling or anxious about the days ahead. But please know that whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated. Click here for various ways you can help.
