NY1: LGBTQ Youth Center Keeps Holiday Spirit Going

A Queens Youth Center wants to keep the spirit of giving going, well after the holiday season.

The LGBTQ Youth Center, called Generation Q, is still collecting donations for it's Holiday Drive in Forest Hills.

Our Pomonok Senior Center participants had their art displayed in Resort World Casino's Red Wall Gallery. The exhibit called "Life Reimagined" shows a variety of oil paintings by 14 seniors from the Pomonok Senior Center in Flushing. 

NY1 Names Rego Park Senior Center volunteers Queens People of the Week

Our Rego Park Senior Center volunteers were named NY1's Queens People of the Week. With nearly 200 members, about 50 of them volunteer their time at our Rego Park Senior Center.
