Support Queens Community House
Queens Community House provides individuals and families with the tools to enrich their lives and build healthy, inclusive communities.
Queens Community House (QCH) is proud to welcome Windell Spaulding as our new Associate Executive Director of Youth Services.
Windell is a mission-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing high-quality youth development and education programs that support children, families, and communities. He brings a deep, personal understanding of the power of community-based organizations to expand opportunity, strengthen families, and help young people thrive. He is especially passionate about ensuring that all young people, regardless of background, have access to safe, enriching spaces where they can learn, grow, and discover their potential.
Prior to joining QCH, Windell served as Executive Director of School Age Programs at Healthy Kids Programs, where he led a large portfolio of school-based after-school programs across 11 states. In that role, he played a key part in scaling the organization from a regional provider into a national operation—expanding access to childcare and helping reduce childcare deserts in underserved communities.
We’re excited to have Windell join the QCH team and look forward to the leadership, vision, and energy he will bring to our youth services programs.
