Queens Gazette: Queens Community House Offers DACA Renewal Applicants Relief

When the Trump administration announced it would end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program, a countdown began for many young people who were brought to this country as young children. Those who are eligible had less than a week to send in renewal applications, leaving many to complete daunting paperwork on their own – not to mention pay a $450 fee for each renewal application.
