Forest Hills Seniors To Get Free Rides To Medical Appointments | September 24, 2019: Seniors living in Forest Hills and Rego Park are now eligible for free Lyft rides to and from the doctor's office.
The non-profit Queens Community House and the Forest Hills Stadium are partnering with Lyft to provide locals over 65 with free rides to and from their medical appointments, according to a press release.
To schedule a free ride, seniors must first register with Queens Community House's case management program by calling 718-268-1412 or clicking here.
