Case Manager

We are seeking a qualified Case Manager with a strong commitment to social services and working with older adults. Case Management services help older persons with functional impairments gain access to appropriate services, benefits and entitlements needed to age safely at home and maintain their quality of life. Case Managers do so by developing trusting relationships with the clients and their caregivers and engaging them in a collaborative process of problem solving.

Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Worker, reporting to the Supervisor of Maintenance, to support the day-to-day cleanliness of QCH’s facilities and who exemplifies quality care in upholding the health and safety standards outlined by government health organizations. The custodian is responsible for the maintenance, care and equipment of internal/external areas by completing specific tasks related to cleaning, plumbing, minor electrical work, carpentry, or other areas of maintenance expertise.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR - Queens Connect

We are seeking a qualified Program Director for Queens Connect with a strong commitment to workforce development and program oversight. Queens Connect is a sector-focused employment program that trains and prepares out of school youth for successful careers in the food service and manufacturing sector. Participants take part in six weeks of training and eight weeks of paid internship and are able to receive their food handler's certificate.
