Free Summer Photography Program |
Queens Community House's Free Summer Photography Program serves young women between 12 and18 years old. The program will be held in Jackson Heights and Forest Hills, Queens. Young women will have the opportunity to learn and enhance their photo skills and go on weekly field trips. The entire program is FREE and meets twice a week for skill-building sessions and trips. Program runs from Thursday, July 8th to Thursday, August 19th, with meetings and field trips every Tuesday and Thursday during this time.
Because of high demand for the program, enrollment will be based on a lottery system. Interested participants MUST submit completed applications IN PERSON before 6PM ON FRIDAY JUNE 25, 2010 in order to be eligible for lottery.
