Access for Young Women Leadership

Access for Young Women is a multi-dimensional leadership training program for young women ages 12 to 18, which focuses on gender equity and advocacy. Through weekly leadership groups, girls develop critical thinking skills and create workshops for peers on educational and social issues. Every year, the program culminates in a youth leadership conference. Also, a special summer program, offered at the Forest Hills site, features a Video and Photography Program which provides trips, arts, technology and career/college programming.
